We met with Siera to tour the property and we were so glad we did. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, personable and helpful. The property is in a great location and the models we looked at were well kept, spacious and for sure the best value we have found out of the 6 properties we’ve toured. Going from a house to an apartment was at first a scary thought, but Brinley Place makes us excited about the change. Thanks again to Siera for being so welcoming!

My husband and I have lived at the Brinley Place for right at a year now, and we are so thankful that we chose this complex. The staff provides some of the most kind, professional, and timely care that I have ever received from any business.
The apartment we are in is just over 1000 sq. Ft, and for the price that we pay, you can’t find that combo ANYWHERE in the Dayton/Cinci area that provides the same quality and cleanliness to its residents. (Seriously. We visited 20 other complexes!)
The pool has recently returned to its normal operating hours since COVID, and they are more than reasonable

They open the pool Mon through Friday 10 am to 6 pm, a few hours on Saturdays and closed on Sunday. Almost all of residents are working in those hours. I asked them if they can make it longer hours. And they said they can't sacrifice their personal hours for that(CDC requires them to clean the pool every couple of hours). And they can't make any compensation because It's caused by Covid 19 and CDC. NOPE. They don't open in longer hours and weekends not because of CDC or COVID BUT BECAUSE OF THEM.

If you like living by a construction site that starts at 5:30am (literally I have heard back-up beeping for the last 1.5hrs), a firehouse that dispatches nightly, a military base flying several loud planes post 10pm and an air conditioning unit that sounds like a jet engine...then this is the place for you! The cherry on top is your car covered in dust every morning due to said construction site! Awesome place....

I lived here since they were first built and recently moved out because I moved out of the area, and I was quite sad to go. Through my almost 4 years here the office was always very accommodating; maintenance was friendly, helpful, and timely. The office holds regular events and is engaged with the community, always listened to any complaints I had and took care of the issue promptly.
The area is well maintained and quiet, I'd hear the odd footsteps up hallway stairs every once in awhile but never cabinet doors or talking neighbors like some apartments with thin walls. It was never loud at night

Great place to stay! Newly built, well kept, friendly neighbors and staff that care! We lived here for 3 years and loved it. We only moved because we purchased a house. The only downsides would be unassigned parking, so parking can be an issue. Office and maintenance staff change frequently BUT they are always friendly and helpful. However, these are not enough of an issue to take away a star.

My boyfriend and I toured the complex just over a week ago for the second time. Adam was incredible, and extremely willing to answer all of our questions and really give us the true experience of what it is to be a Brinley resident. We cannot wait to live here, and look forward to being a part of the community. Outstanding service, prompt response to any and all questions via email or phone, and extremely patient.
