Breckenridge Apartments features apartments that are designed with you in mind. Our large storage and walk-in closets provide enough space for you and your possessions to feel safe and organized. INCOME/EMPLOYMENT: Gross income for the entire apartment must be at least three (3) times the monthly rental amount. Income will be verified for all applicants. We require the two (2) most recent pay stubs or previous year tax returns (1090 form) if self-employed. Verifiable income associated with attending school will be accepted as an alternative to employment.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances. If I am part of the military and receive deployment or reassignment orders, can I break the lease?.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
This place cares NOTHING about the tenants. Money is their only concern. Even if someone's health is involved, they don't take ANY steps to resolve the BLACK MOLD issues in the apartments. It ain't about spraying bleach to cover it up. It goes waaayyy deeper than that. Yet they still want money. The place needs condemned.

My family and I have rented here for the last 4 years. In that time, the complex has been through many transitions. More recently, the changes in management and maintenance team have improved significantly. Tyler (maintenance manager) is amazing and attentive to residents' needs. He is super responsive and gets things done.

Stay away, staff is more interested in sleeping with each other than doing their job. Multiple work orders not complete with non stop excuses. Owell. Will not be renewing. Oh and management your property manager and maintenance supervisor are sleeping together, you might want to address that!!

I just wanted to say that I have had the pleasure of living at Breckenridge for a little while and everyone in the office and maintenance has really turned this place around,. I’m really noticing how much these people care for this property. Every time I have an issue or a question I call and speak to Kelsie (not sure about spelling) at the office and she ALWAYS is very nice and personable and I really enjoy the experience each and every time. Thank you to all the staff at Breckenridge your awesome!!!!

I have lived here for 4 years, it started out nice but when management changed around a year ago it went downhill. I currently haven't had hot water for 2 weeks and maintenance is refusing to properly fix it even though I have a small infant and need proper hot water for the cold weather. They have updated some of their apartments (they update as residents move out I'm assuming), but due to my recent issues with maintenance I will not be resigning my lease.

This property has been through its fair share of transition. The new staff in the office and awesome maintenance seem to be eagerly working to turn any issues I've seen around. I will continue to suggest this complex as a warm place to call home! Happy New Year- 2019 will be a wonderful year for all here!!

I love my home here at Breckenridge Apartments in Fairborn. My family and I have lived here for almost a year and we love it here. We have so much space it's pretty big size for an apartment. The staff people here are so nice and polite. There are also many stores and restaurants in walking distance which I absolutely love. A total bonus is the pool. I don't even know how I ever lived without one. Here's to my new home and I'm never leaving.

If you are looking for an apartment, I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Yes the apartments are decent, when they function correctly. Any time anything goes wrong it takes them too long to fix it and EVERYTHING is always on back order. This is our second apartment here, we had to move mid-lease due to failure to fix continuous leaks which caused… black mold and the ceiling was ready to cave in. The only reason they agreed to move us after dealing with the leaks and loosing personal belongings due to the leaks every time it rained and then from the people's bathroom above us was because

I love Breckenridge Apartments!!! The apartments are nice and roomy!! They are also so kind and understanding and caring. Candace and Dee you guys are awesome and Great office personnel. I strongly recommend Breckenridge Apartments to all my friends and family for all their sheltering needs!!! They are super wonderful.

I love living here. A big shout out to D in the leasing office! Very friendly and always caring. I don't understand why people are giving this one star. Its spacious. Its quiet. For how old the apartments are… theyre pretty good with the upkeep. My guess is people who've been evicted for not following rules and are just mad at life rate it 1 star lol.

Worst place to live . The main office is money hungry and don't care for there tenants. They will charge you a arm and a leg for bills. I don't recommend this apartment complex to no college students . The staff at the main office try to charge college students differently then other tenants. The hall way always smell like weed and pets . The laundry room sucks and overcharge . The worst place ever to live in Ohio if you ask me .
