So many maintenance requests were filed while living here. Our fridge caught fire… our hot water tank stopped working…The shower handle broke twice… multiple toilet handles were replaced.( I finally replaced the last one myself bc well it was a wknd and not an emergency ) our AC went out several times over the summer. In fact it was out for a long 90degree wknd that was unbearable. But the most infuriating instance that went on over 2months… it rained from the ceiling in our bedroom, on our bed! Maintenance response “ well you need a new roof but that’s not my decision” Thankfully

I applied with this complex and was emailed the application process by two of the team members. The information was identical. The staff member I ended up corresponding with (largely by email) was Julz Sikes. After submitting the application fee and holding fee, Ms. Sikes conveniently came up with the fact that I could not have either of the unit options I requested due to a credit dispute I initiated over five years ago. She claimed I refused to listen to her. WRONG! Ms. Sikes suggested nothing new for me to do regarding an issue that has nothing to do with the property. Ms. Sikes can't pursue

When we were considering moving to these apartments, we decided that maybe all of the negative reviews were just due to "people only review when bad things happen", but this place is not the case. The manager seems overly snooty to the point that he would rather make any little bit of money off of waisted time, and applications that won't get approved. We were given the wrong information multiple times and it ended up costing us over $100 for nothing but a headache and aggravation. If I could give them no stars, I would. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

PRIVATE INFOMRATION MAY BE AT RISK.. Do not rent from this place the management is reckless with private information. I tried to apply to this complex and it was a nightmare I was provided incorrect information and even tho I was approved far beyond their requirements I cannot apply for now 12 months because a policy designed to take you're money. Now naturally I left a review on this complex and the leasing manager replied by stating "when you solve your credit issues" now this is beyond irresponsible behavior with my partners personal information. please do not be a victim to a more serious incident

I lived at here for 5 years while attending Wright State. Its a quiet neighborhood. Close to the university. I always felt safe and never had any problems with any of my neighbors partying or anything. My apartment was good size for the money. Rent increases are infrequent and when there was an increase it was $10 or $20 which was manageable. Grounds are kept nice and maintenance is prompt. I enjoyed living here. Overall good experience.

I have lived here just over 2 years. I am getting a non renewal of my lease because of their lack of maintenance. Out of date appliances, had to fight to get my refrigerator replaced that kept thawing all my food and freezing the food below for 3 months. Leaked all over the place when it would thaw out. Dishwasher is 28 yrs old and they have refused to replace it. Washer cant be used on large loads or it leaks and they refused to replace that. Wallpaper is old and falling off the walls in the kitchen and 1/2 bath. Shower valve broke off and water was shooting out and the tub couldn't drain

My family and I just moved out and I will say we had a very pleasant experience. Only moved because we bought a house. The office staff has always been helpful. My neighbors ended up becoming some of my best friends! The grounds are kept clean and work orders were addressed same day or the next. Love love love this complex

Family and I had to relocate due to a new job opportunity. Whitney has been so helpful throughout the entire move out process. It has been very stressful and they have been so understanding and helpful. During the 5 years we have lived there, it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Fast maintenance, beautiful community and fair prices. If it weren't for the new job, I'd never leave.

I lived at Channingway while attending Wright State. It was quiet and it didnt have all the crazy partying that goes on where I used to live closer to campus. The location was still close to everything, one exit away from the university and the mall. Apartment was not the latest and greatest but it was very nice and well maintained. It had a washer and dryer included in the unit which was nice. No laundromat for me! I always felt safe and comfortable at Channingway. I would recommend anyone looking for an affordable option to check it out.

Apartment living. It is what it is. This is a military town so the bar is set rather low. A previous owner had a dog who chewed the door corners and vanities in the bathrooms. Management will not replace. Wall paper in the bathrooms peeling at seams. Management will not remove until it is coming down in sheets. Dishwasher does not clean dishes. Dryer catches small items and burns the edges....not all the time though. HVAC unit is loud and clanks when it kicks on. Maintenance entered apartment the other day whilst one of us was in the shower to patch up the ceiling!?! Called the office

Cheap rent, structures are okay, extremely old appliances,in-efficient. I've never had so many issues with an apartment complex before. If you're active military, your money is best spent elsewhere. You won't get any deposit back, they leave door notices all the time for petty non-sense. Maintenance is terrible as well. If you have an emergency they won't come out right away to fix it unless the place is flooding. They don't exercise any pest management, constant ant problems, spiders, and various beetles.

I've never been more horrified by customer service or maintenance. The girls in the front office alone belong in high school or maybe anywhere besides a customer service job. My sister got an apartment here and had multiple problems with maintenance. Example: her freezer defrosted and it flooded the kitchen. After calling maintenance three times and cleaning it up, they told her it was normal. She finally got so fed up with dealing with them, because they are insanely rude, she just took pictures and emailed the office saying if there was floor damage she would not pay for it. Fast forward

It's a beautiful apartment complex but the people who work for it are horrible. They don't care about you or of your needs. Maintenance is slow and terrible. My a/c went out in 90 degree weather and made me wait over a week to get it fixed. A broken a/c is not considered an emergency and have no sympathy that your apartment is +80 degrees. If you've lived there over a year or two, expect to get a random apartment inspection where they will have two people come in and look at your apartment and take several pictures of it. No, you can't reschedule it and only have 5 to 7 days

I lived here from October 2011 to April 2014 in a 2-story townhouse (non-Reserves). The apartment was clean and well-kept when we moved in and included fairly new appliances. The small things that were not up to par when we first moved in were immediately fixed after we submitted the move-in checklist. Over the course of the three years that I lived here, I had almost no major problems with the apartment or with the leasing office. If there was a maintenance issue, it was taken care of within a couple days of reporting it. The only reacquiring issue was with the dryer and that was fixed after
