I bought an old mercedes-benz from this shop, I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Everything was done in a timely and professional time frame. I did pay a service fee and one small mechanical issue came up with the car, the agreement was honored and taken care of quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Very few shops operating today with such a high level of customer service, in my opinion. I cannot recommend this place enough. This is my honest opinion of this business I was offered nothing for this review. I am currently recommending this shop to my daughter who is a fellow

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value
They have been taking care of my two BMW;s, 223 and 228, for over ten years. They never try to oversell, prices are great and employes friendly and professional. I am a disabled Marine so a breakdown is a bit more serious for me. They always keep me on the road, not beside it. I recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.
Services: Electrical, Wheel alignment, Tires, Steering / Suspension, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Check engine light diagnostic, Air conditioning, Air & Cabin Filter, Body & Trim, Engine

I called the shop and talked to Chris last week and arranged a balljoint replacement on steering knuckles I took off my 1987 560. They were happy to do it same day when I was ready. Brought the parts to them in the morning and they took care of the work and had them ready that evening for me to take home.
If you have an old Mercedes, they have the special tools you'll need to get repairs done. They do a great job! You can tell they work hard to keep these cars alive.

I scheduled an appointment and got my car in today for a wheel bearing replacement. There was a small issue in my ABS sensor being nicked during the repair. Louie was very honest and direct with me and took care of their mistake. This place has already proven to me that they are HONEST and LOYAL to their customers. This will be my mechanic for as long as I own my Mercedes! Very personable and down to earth business! Highly recommend and thanks il for their honest Thanks for proven that all mechanics aren't mistrusting.

I have used them to service my 2014 Mercedes SL550 and 2014 BMW X5 for years, starting with a 2008 BMW 530i. They do excellent work at fair prices. I recommend to all my friends with German cars in the surrounding area. You can trust them, that's why they have been in business for over 40 years servicing German Cars in the Carmel area.

Overall, I guess the guys did me right. Service is a little rough around the edges- definitely don't expect dealership service levels- but then the price is a lot more reasonable too. Mechanic seemed competent and car has run fine since service. I was a little hesitant to bring my Audi since they seem to specialize in Mercedes, but they seemed to be able to figure it out. One big happy German family I guess.

Brought in my Mercedes C300 many times now and am very pleased with Autohaus Dierolf. Just finished complete brake service down to the bearings and rotors on all 4 wheels. Attention to detail here is flawless. The owners and mechanics are dedicated to the science of mechanical engineering. Precision mechanics at its best.

If you are looking for honesty, superb quality of work, and no-bulls@!*, then Autohaus Dierolf is for you. If you are looking to get pampered and have updates sent to you via twitter and text message, then it is not.
I switched to Dierolf after going to them for a 2nd opinion. Another German car specialist told me I needed a $2000 repair because "you have some oil leaks, and it's typically caused by X." The recommended service wasn't on the service interval and there were no diagnostics to support doing it. Louie at Dierolf took the time to explain how to diagnose the issue
