All of this education is invaluable, but the main focus (pardon the pun) is still creating a fine, quality portrait. And in attaining that goal, the one aspect that never changes is customer service. Whether I'm patiently waiting out baby's nap, helping a high school senior with hair and make-up, or helping an engaged couple find the perfect setting for their announcement photo, my objective is to have my client relaxed, comfortable, and happy to be creating a moment today that will be a precious memory in their future.
