I'm a professional wedding photographer based in East Greenwich, Rhode Island and I love every part of my job photographing weddings. I've been a full-time professional photographer since 2014 and I love my job! The most consistent feedback I get from my clients is that I am cool under pressure and have a calming effect on their wedding day. It turns out that's a pretty useful quality for a wedding photographer. I wouldn't have it any other way.

My fiancé and I hired Katie for our wedding (10.23.20) after our friends hired her for theirs and had a fantastic experience! We scheduled our engagement pictures this past October and had an awesome time! Katie made us feel incredibly comfortable in front of the camera, listened to what types of pictures we were looking for, and really got to know us as a couple. To say the least, I cannot wait for our wedding day to see her beautiful work!

Katie started taking photos of us in 2019 (engagement), 2020 (wedding #1) and 2021 (wedding #2) and she is the most professional, patient, and kind photographer. Katie captures every single moment and made us feel so comfortable! She does a great job of staying behind the scenes yet at the same time getting fantastic shots that feel like you’re… right there with us. Our group shots came out fantastic - she even got my 2.5 year old niece to smile in all of the pictures! I really enjoyed working with Katie for my beach baby photoshoot. She was so patient (and with a 13 month old and a 90 year old there was a lot needed). We got wonderful photos and I NEVER felt rushed, which is saying a lot. Katie had great ideas and we ended up with tons of wonderful photos, I just bought all of them (not even possible to choose). I would absolutely work with her again.

We loved working with Katie for a very special family photo session at our favorite annual vacation spot on the Cape! Katie was quick to respond to our questions when setting up our plan for the shoot and gave some great ideas and recommendations based on what we wanted. She arrived on time, ready to go, and remained professional and fun for the shoot. She worked well with all of us, especially our 1 year old twins! The photos came out beautiful and will be such a special memory for our family at our favorite place.

Katie was our wedding photographer in August 2018. She did a wonderful job of capturing each part of the afternoon/evening. Katie was a joy to work with leading up to our wedding, she is an absolute PRO! Katie from Brave Hearts is amazing! She photographed our wedding in April 2016 and we couldn't be happier with the sneak-peak photos she's provided so far. She was able to capture the spirit of our wedding without being intrusive or asking us for stiff poses.
