I was less than a month into my first experience with searching for my first home when I saw a newly-listed house — one not only in my price range and desired location, but one that also seemed as if it was perfect for me — and I decided the fastest way of perhaps getting to tour the home was to call the listing agent, directly. So, I called (it had been about 45 minutes since the home was listed, or at least since the listing appeared online in the MLS), and Mary Couser answered and about two minutes later, we’d made an appointment to see the house at 6 pm that evening in early August.

Mary was effective and professional at communicating. Issues that may invoke controversy were effectively navigated. She was good at helping the buyer through the process. Her selection of a closing agent was very good. This was my 7th closing on a house sale and the most efficient.

Mary was honestly the most amazing realtor I have ever dealt with. I bought my first home with her and she explained everything to me. She went out of her way to show houses to me on the drop of a dime, and made sure I was taken care of through every step of the home buying process. Mary was always the sweetest woman when talking to me and answering my questions, and believe me I had plenty. I would recommend her to anyone wanting not just to buy a house, but buying a new HOME!
