Tami Homes was selling a home I had a Contract to purchase with the seller and agent. The last 2 weeks prior to closing they stopped communicating with my Realtor and acted odd. Then last minute they pulled out of selling the home to us for the contract and left my family and I homeless. They do not have any moral value and should lose their real estate license.

We worked with Terry from Tami Holmes. To be honest he is the best realtor we have worked with and we will never work with anyone else. Terry was patient with us as we lived through the crazy housing market and took about a year and a half to find our dream home. He is professional, response, and knowledgeable. He didn't rush or push us like some of the other realtors we met did before meeting Terry. If you want a realtor who will support you, be patient, and get it done, then Terry is absolutely your guy..

Jody was absolutely amazing. We sold our house without having a new one lined up and she made sure we weren't rushed! She helped us get set up to buy our new home and checked in often. I contacted this real estate firm three times online to sell my non-profit organization's project house. One agent came out and wanted to list the house $20K less than the house next door was listed. This was a near complete rehab of a 1928 house.
They won't even reply now, as my house isn't worth their time to sell. They refused to even make an offer on it unless they could have ur $60K house for $40K. Motivated by money, not customer service. Definitely not Christians.

Vanessa Boling helped guide me through the process as a first time home buyer amazingly! She was very personable, responded quickly, and very knowledgeable. She guided me to not only pick a perfect house, she noticed things that even the inspector did not.
