I have been coming to this place for over a year, Bifen does an excellent job cutting my hair. I trust her experience for my hair needs. She is very proessional and also the rest of the staff. The salon is good kinda difficult to find as it is in a apartment building. The service is good. I got the Brazilian blowout and I am extremely satisfy! It is a little expensive $450 but it is worth it. I got a gel “mani”, it was not worth 40$ the lady painted my nails in a rush and did not do a good job. Came here for the first time to cut my sons hair. The salon has a lot if good reviews so i expected things to go well. I showed the lady a picture of the cut i wanted for him, results were not great, after coming home and showering my son i could tell how unever it was but also how extreamly short she cut the front hair of his bangs. ALSO, online pricing said kids cut were $25 it did not specify age, he is 6 years old and about 2 inches were cut overall on his hair, they charged me 40$ bc supposedly the website was outdated. EDIT: The staff called after reading the review and apologized for the lack of care and were able to give a partial refund that brought the price down to what I felt is appropriate. I love the haircut and color, just not the treatment from the stylist. For those reading I hope this also shows you that the higher management do care and have good faith. Overall I'm satisfied with how the issue was resolved.

So, after $60 for a haircut I ended up with a $30 result. :-/ I do not recommend this place for a haircut. I thought I’d try a haircut then return for color at a later time but if they can’t cut hair can they really do color? One side of my head is okay the other side of my head looks like it wasn’t finished. The front part looks like I cut it myself after watching a YouTube or something. Also, it felt like she was rushing towards the end so maybe that’s why it doesn’t look finished. I will just wait to go to my hometown and have it fixed there. I’m so frustrated! Waste of money and
