The massage, adjustment and acupuncture were great. First time getting an acupuncture and I recommend! However dealing with the office personnel about my bill when I knew I was 100% covered, she argued with me and I had to call my insurance to make sure. Very unprofessional!
Update: I just received a notice from Provo Medical Massage stating: Our lovely front desk person, Lydia, did everything possible to gently let LaRaine know that massage is not covered by Medicare. She was informed before the massage that it was an extra expense and even signed a form. We cannot change Medicare benefits even

I have had great experiences receiving medical massages from the masseuses in the office. No problems there. BUT I have had mixed experiences with Eric J Brady, the chiropractor at the office. I stopped seeing him because he could not maintain professional boundaries. He made me feel unsafe with his lack of caution for COVID guidelines. He also dug into my personal religious beliefs and made me highly anxious in a place I was trying to escape anxiety and stress and receive treatment. Please learn from this and do better, Dr Brady.

I can't really say enough good things about this place! Really friendly staff, relaxing environment, heated massage beds, and a 5/5 medical massage! If you have a neck or back injury I would definitely recommend coming here! My therapist Kira, was newer, but top notch! She found areas in my neck/back that I didn't even know could be sore! Haha! I can't wait to book my next appointment, and keep reaping the benefits of Provo Medical Massage!
