Bnatural Orange Essential Oil is always popular due to its refreshing and uplifting aroma. Many people love to use this essential oil to help decrease inflammation and reduce stress. You can use Orange Essential Oil to add a pleasant scent to a room, and it is also a natural household cleaner.
A Therapeutic massage is a process of manipulating the body's muscles and soft tissue to help relieve pain and stress. The Swedish Massage is used within a combination of 5 basic stroke techniques: Effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement, and vibration. The Swedish Massage is a standard massage technique and usually the base of all massages as well as used in conjunction with other modalities.
A couples massage is done with two massage therapist or massage apprentices in the same room. Your room will be equipped with two massage beds, warming blankets, warming towels, gentle music and dimmed lighting. There will be a massage therapist assigned to each of that each person can receive a consistent, quality massage at the same time.
The Swedish Massage is used within a combination of 5 basic stroke techniques: Effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement, and vibration. 1. Effleurage consists of long, gliding, sweeping strokes using the open palm, fists, or forearms. These strokes are smoothing strokes used for helping with applying cream as well as evaluate muscle tension in the client.

I am disappointed to write this review as I have come here many, many times in the past and enjoyed my experience. However, today was not good and I think the owners should know.
I scheduled with an apprentice/therapist (I’m not here to drag her name through the mud so I will not name her) for an 85 minute prenatal massage. I am 20 weeks pregnant, well into the second trimester.
About 45 minutes into the massage, she instructed me to lie on my back. You absolutely cannot lie on your back once you enter the second trimester because blood and oxygen flow to your baby will be impeded and can also

Orem Center for Massage is a great place to get a massage, both from a professional as well as students trying to earn some hours. Both are priced very fairly for the amount of time and effort they put in, and they do give great massages here. They are usually busy so they don't do much walk in business, so its best to setup a time a few days beforehand to make sure you can get in.

Brandy was amazing!! She communicated really well, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I told her that I am a dental hygienist and my upper back and forearms get sore, and she worked those areas so well!!
Very impressed with this whole place and loved the heated blanket that was on the massage table! I will definitely be going back!

Staff was extremely friendly but there was a real awkward vibe walking in. I don't think it was their fault. There was a dude in a bad mood staring at people walking in. He didn't work there for sure.
The massages where sub-par. Mainly because the room was cold, making their oil cold, and their hands cold.
Finally, they don't take credit card, so I had to pay by Venmo, check or cash. Luckily I had Venmo, but they probably should have made that blatantly clear before arriving.

I booked a two hour massage and showed up on time. Place was clean and not busy at all, most doors open. The room was good but very noisy from road outside- nature music should have been louder, bed was comfortable and the smell was pleasant, Ada left lights on so that was not soothing but turned them down once I flipped upward. I was greeted by Ada warmly. During the massage she clarified two hours and proceeded. I asked for deeper pressure right away and continued to ask "repeatedly" during massage with no change. No pressure whatsoever and I asked for DEEP. When rubbing neck with fist Ada paused

I have been struggling with neck and back pain for some time. Irlanda knew exactly were to massage and adjust my body. My experience with Irlanda's massages has been amazing getting very positive results. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist.

The first time I went here was with Nicole and she was excellent. This last time was with Irlanda and she did not tailor at all to my needs. I kept asking for less pressure and she would let up for about 1 min but then would go back to extremely hard pressure. I normally have to ask for more pressure with therapists but with her it was painful. So if you love super deep and hard, then she would be good for you.
