Services
Adolescents (aged 8 to 18 years) love coming to Ashlawn Counseling to play, learn and grow. Clients investigate their thoughts and feelings in a comfortable and supportive environment. They learn how to seek help, effectively communicate, problem-solve, and how to find and apply their strengths. As a parent or guardian, you are a vital component in the success of your child's therapeutic journey.

I reached out to Ashley for a therapy technique called A.R.T. last year. I had been struggling with chronically high cortisol that was unaffected by changes in lifestyle, diet or supplementation. Having run out of options, my functional wellness & nutrition coach suggested that I do some trauma therapy work because patients who have chronically high cortisol often have unresolved childhood trauma. I had my session with Ashley and I didn’t really know what to expect. I was glad to discover that this therapy technique didn’t make me go wading into the deep end of the trauma pool but rather helped

My Marriage would have failed if it wasn't for Ashlawn. I was at the end of my rope and I started seeing Ashley with my wife for couples therapy. Our marriage is getting better and better each day. 5/5 would recommend getting into counseling with Ashley. We wouldn't have made it this far without her.
