When I initially received a policy through them I was very happy. 4 months in and the rate goes up almost 50$ with no warning or explanation. Agent did not have an answer as to why and was told they had to contact regional office and never received a phone call back. I would think that the purpose of a local agent and office is to notify customers if their rate is going to go higher without any reasoning or at least respond to them in a timely manner. I currently have received much better customer service and a far better rate with Geico! Glad I switched!!

When I was in a car wreck, Jordan Smithson and his team made the process as easy as possible for me. They helped me work with the other party's insurance, they helped me get the medical attention I needed, and were kind and responsive through the whole process. In the middle of all the chaos, they were a calming presence and made me feel better with every phone call and check-in!
