I was in a crunch and needed coverage immediately. I requested a quote online and asked to be contacted ASAP. Within the hour, around 9PM, Tonia initiated contact via text. Not long afterwards, I purchased home and auto coverage with her at OZK. She was thorough and I really felt like she was honest and open about everything. Great experience. I worked with Heidi from OZK Insurance and had a wonderful experience. She shopped around and found an insurance policy fit for my building project. There were a few insurance companies that quoted really high numbers but she did not give up and ended up cutting my prem. to 1/3 of what it was by finding the right company. She was very quick to respond, helpful, precise and ended up saving me a ton of money. I am very happy with the service and price I received and can't wait to bundle all my insurance needs under one roof once I finish this project.
