Marcela was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, where she lived until 2001 when she moved to the United States. Her previous experience with customer service in banking and as an administrative assistant for Rogers Public Schools. Marcela is enjoying learning about the insurance business. She is fluent in Spanish.
Soffie has been in the insurance industry for 2 years. Soffie, an energetic and intuitive agent who has vast experience in the customer service field. She currently attends school part time, where she is pursuing her degree in business. She is the mother of a little girl- Penelope. Originally from Chicago, she has not hesitated to experience all that NWA has to offer.
