Mariposa Bilingual School is a Spanish language immersion program with the full educational benefits of a traditional preschool and is customized for children from ages 2 to 5 years old. Mariposa offers a variety of flexible, year-round enrollment options to meet the individual needs and goals of children and their families.
Our program was modeled after a highly successful, activity-based immersion program and perfected over many years through the experiences of thousands of students. Our goal is to help families open their children's minds to new cultures, embrace diversity, and fully prepare children to enter kindergarten.

At Mariposa Bilingual School our focus is on the whole child as a person, with boundless potential. By providing quality, multi-faceted education, while creating a nurturing and supportive community of children, parents, and teachers, we believe we are able to help your child grow into the person you know they can be.
Mariposa Bilingual School offers a variety of flexible year-round enrollment options to meet the individual needs and goals of our children and their families. Our program is structured through what we call Season Sessions, where we celebrate the natural changes around us and incorporate those changes in our classwork.
Our group sizes will vary with activity. Normally, there are no more than twelve children in one class at one time. If, however, there is an activity that everyone can participate in, the class size will be larger. When you register two or more siblings, you receive a 10% discount. This discount is in addition to any discount available for the payment plan that you choose.
Language immersion is a type of learning that involves total immersion in a particular foreign language. In immersion programs, a variety of subjects are taught in the language, rather than the language being taught as a separate subject. The language being learned is spoken about 90% of the time during the program.
