My experience at this community is the same as the first year I lived hear three years ago it is a very positive one. The grounds are well kept with beautiful old growth trees and also very quiet and feels safe. The neighbors are friendly and respectful The office staff what can I tell ya they are the best friendly helpful the got me into large barrier free apartment with switches door handles lower wider door and halls bathroom wider that because I am in a wheel chair. They installed extra grip handles in bath room installed new concrete ramps front rear building doors and now installing vinyl

I love my apartment it's very spacious and comfortable. I have very nice neighbors, and the staff is very professional and always ready to help.
It's a safe and friendly neighborhood with pool access. 1 covered parking space for each apartment.
The things I wish is that they would update the kitchen appliances in the units.
Problems I face while subleasing the apartment the process was bit complicated.
Maintenance services are delayed. It take 4-5 days to look into it.
I received my full security deposit money back after lease.

If you’re reading this before you apply to live here, take my advice and completely scrap that idea.
the staff is very friendly and typically pretty helpful, but aside from that there’s not one good reason to sign a lease here.
to start, when i was signing my lease, they tried to get me to sign it multiple times, as well as setting up utilities in my name before even seeing the unit. it took asking multiple times to be able to get a tour.
i wasn’t completely satisfied with the space, but my roommate and i decided to move in anyway because we were desperate to find a place quick, which

I absolutely love living here! The office staff has always been pleasant and comforting to speak with no matter what the situation. But during this pandemic, I can't praise them enough in this review! They have taken the time to call to check on every tenant, assisted in ANY way possible and made dealing with this a little easier for their tenants. The office manager Galila is absolutely AMAZING and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the needs of her tenants are met!
