Choosing Turtle Cove to be my first home has been far from a bad choice. So far everyone in the Office has been very responsive and respectful showing much effort in making sure I’m comfortable. Everything has been pretty easy going’s as of now and the apartment is quite cozy. I’m looking forward to the rest of my lease here.

I moved to turtle cove about a year ago and I have to say the office staff is amazing and helpful maintenance is super efficient Kelley has always been extremely friendly I recently met Carmina she is very professional and inviting the community is super diverse and I was taking out the trash the other day and there are actual turtles by the ponds pretty

A safe community to be a part of! There’s security that drives around at night, which is my favorite part. Everything gets taken care of very quickly if there’s every issues with any appliances. Everyone in the leasing office is very kind, and easy to communicate with. They even do fun competitions and interact with the community via Facebook. I’m very happy with my experience.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever moved to. My job requires me to move frequently and during the time I moved to the area Covid 19 was here. I couldn't come to see the apartments and Turtle Cove made sure I knew what I should be expecting in the apartments. The maintenance is quick to answer and resolve any problems. During late hours they also have security that makes me feel safe when I return home late. I couldn't ask for a better community.

Kelley and the entire team have been nothing but amazing! Whenever I have any questions , I am always able to hear from someone either by email or over the phone. I’ve been here for a year now and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Maintenance is very timely and professional and always do a great job! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Ever since the other manager Annie left, this place has become awful. Management will laugh in your face while you tell them that there’s a gas leak in your apartment. They will call you paranoid for bringing up these concerns. They will ignore you after you tell them that the maintenance man Steven Dawson has threatened your family and police had to be called. They overcharge you rent but what exactly are you paying for?? You deserve to feel and be safe where you live and management is NOT doing their job. DO NOT LIVE HERE. IT’S NOT SAFE. And I’m speaking for my family that currently
