My fiancé and I moved into Canton Club East Apartments on June 20, 2017. I have nothing but great things to say about the management here - from the office staff to the maintenance guys (Cedric and Jose). Cedric and Jose specifically go out of their way to help the tenants here. They attend to maintenance requests efficiently, are super friendly and even helped us move our mattress into the dumpster. In regards to the community, the landscaping is beautiful and the people are friendly overall. We are so glad we chose Canton Club!

Just skip this place and look at the rest. Trust me. I've had hardship from medical and issues working onsite (I do most work offsite) and was late on rent in the past and always paid them. My lease was up on May 31st and I told the manager I was leaving on the 31st and would pay them the full amount owed minus the deposits, etc that were coming back or not. I moved my large stuff out on the 15th, and was slowly moving the other with 1 car load left. I come back in town to see the door lock changed on the 26th and I had well over $4000 of small stuff remaining ($600 vacuum that I was using
