Dental caries, or tooth decay, is the most common human disease that's caused by localized bacteria on tooth surfaces called dental plaque. The acid produced by bacteria within the plaque dissolves the minerals of tooth structure and results in decay. When the decay is limited to enamel, the outermost layer of teeth, the decay may be reversed by removing the plaque and maintaining good oral hygiene.
To protect a weak tooth. This is the most common situation. For instance, you may need a crown to protect a root-canal treated tooth, a broken tooth, or a tooth with defective large filling. For cosmetic reasons. Just as a porcelain veneer, a crown can be used to cover a badly stained tooth, to close gap between teeth and to correct the alignment of the mildly-mispositioned front teeth.
Root canal treatment, or RCT, is a procedure that aims to remove dying or dead pulp tissue inside a tooth to prevent or stop tooth-related infection. It is an effective procedure to stop tooth pain and save a tooth that otherwise needs to be extracted. With the aid of digital x-rays and a detailed exam, our dentist will be able to determine whether or not you need a root canal treatment.
Dental implants are typically made of titanium alloys that are bio-compatible (non-toxic and not rejected by human body). The science behind dental implantology is a biological process called osseointegration, in which dental implants are able to fuse tightly with surrounding bone. After implants are surgically placed, it usually takes 4-6 months for the implant to osseointegrate.
Porcelain veneers are thin pieces of porcelain customedly made to recreate the natural look of teeth, while also providing strength and resilience comparable to natural tooth enamel. Porcelain laminate veneers consist of a compilation of several thin ceramic layers which replace original tooth enamel, and an adhesive layer.

I hope to have found the last dentist that I will need for a very long time. I have had some good ones and some not so good ones in the past, but in my opinion, Dr. He is one of the few who actually comes across as a true medical professional.
I can say with all sincerity that you will not be pressured into work that you don't need. I can also say from my observation that this office is looking to make long term relationships with their patients and don't exploit people's urgent needs.
You will be very happy with this office and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My three kids have been with Dr. He for over 5 years, and they are so well taken care of whether check up, cleaning and filling. Staff are friendly throughout. As trust has been built up over the years, we have referred more friends here. Dr. He is also skillful in handling complicated procedures including root canal and implant (I did both), at reasonable price too. Would highly recommend Dr. He.

I go to this dentist every time! Unlike the other dentists he never offers services which you don't need. Super fair exam and estimate of what you need. Also doing great job with cavity treatments. And prices are the most competitive i was able to find in Cali! Going to put crown with this dentist as well! Their representative/assistant/office manager is extremely friendly and working great with scheduling! So, no pushy service, great service, competitive price!

Dr He is a very nice and responsible dentist. I took my mom here for an annual teeth exam. Dr He cleaned her teeth and explained her xray in detail，giving us a treatment plan and let us decide which treatment we wanna to get. The crown prices are cheaper than those in my previous dental clinic. I have a tiny cavity， my previous dentist told me to fill it. He runs a true ethical practice and no matter how busy he is he will make room to fit you in. His quotes are extremely reasonable and affordable to many. First and foremost, Dr. He is an incredible dentist. I really cannot say enough about him and his staff. Simply wonderful people, they are. Honestly, this is not an exaggeration on my part. Nadya, at the front desk, greets you warmly and puts you at ease right away. Azita (I hope I am spelling that correctly) is friendly, approachable, and she also shoots it straight. By no means does that mean she is rude or short. Not at all. You ask her a direct question (e.g., is my breath a problem?) and she tells you like it is, but in a way that makes you glad you came to this office to take care of it.

DR. Goubin He is very experienced, will do the right and thorough procedure. After checking several dentist from san diego to missouri to tijuana, i found him to be truly understanding of how expensive dental work can be but he did his best to help in every possible way. i totally trust him, Only him, no one comes close to his work his honesty his humanity. I have been going to see Dr Guobin He for just couple month, he's the best Dr I have ever had, and I have to say I couldn't be happier with any treatment and quality of care, helpfulness from the entire office. I just finished my appointment with Dr. He and I had a great experience there! It was my first time having a cavity taken care of and he comforted me and made sure I understood everything before doing the procedure.
During the operation, he kept reassuring me if everything was ok and did a thorough job! Also, the rest of the team members are very nice and informative in explaining different treatment options. They definitely make sure the patient is in great care.

Very happy with my crown work, they have done great job, I went to couple of densest before visiting here, and both recommended me to pull my tooth because they didn't want to spend time and save it for little money, I had left only less than 2mm of the tooth above the gum and was kind of impossible to make the crown, but guess what!! they not only did it, but they did an amazing job, I will recommend all my family and friends if they need any dental care, I'm a customer for life. thanks

Made an appointment with Dr. He for a second opinion. We took xrays and he went over them with me very thoroughly and reassured me I didn't need the work the other dentist claimed I needed. I even asked him to tell me if I needed any preventative work I would give him my business, he told me not to worry about it and I don't need anything done right now. I walked out of there paying nothing and a very happy camper :-)

Originally, I was at another dentistry and I paid to have them fill up a cavity for me. For the next few months, I was experiencing a lot of pain-- while biting down on food and whenever that tooth came in contact with hot or cold stuff. This went on for a while until I figured it wasn't just post-dental work pain and I checked with the original dentistry and they said I needed a root canal (the dentists who had worked on my teeth before didn't realise and just treated it as a normal cavity)
The cost was estimated to be around over $2000 for the root canal and I did some searching

Dr. He is a very kind, reliable and professional dentist. I was told that the only solution for my problem teeth was to extract them. But Dr. He saved most mid them. I really appreciate his services. LIFESAVER. So glad google and yelp recommended this place. I was in serious need to get two wisdom teeth removed and I called everywhere in San Diego..no one offered removal for less than $1,000 PER TOOTH. The whole appointment was about an hour and a half, but they explain clearly the prices and what the procedure will be like. I don't need frills, I just need good work at a decent price which is exactly what they offer. The actual pulling of the tooth took maybe 5 minutes each side. They gave good aftercare instructions and I didn't get dry socket! *prayer hands*
