As someone that has dentist anxiety, this was the best dentist visit I've ever had. The staff and Dr.Chung were all so nice and kind. Dr. Chung explained what I needed to get done and chose the best option to save my tooth. He was patient and gentle, overall it was a wonderful experience. I left the office with no pain at all and it was my first time ever being happy after a dentist visit! Looking forward to my follow up appointment, I've recommended my friends and family as well!

The very gentle and thorough dental hygienist got my teeth clean with a minimum of hitting the sensitive areas along the gum line of my back teeth. She also did new set of x-rays with a minimum of fuss. Dr. Chung's examination found one area that we need to keep an eye on but no work was needed this visit. And he prescribed a special toothpaste to work on my sensitive teeth areas. I think it was a productive visit and I can recommend this practice.

If I could give a zero star, I would. This was my second appointment with this dentist. Both times the dentist treated me with disrespect and made me feel like I was wasting his time. The first time the staff asked me about my husband, my step son and my husband's dog. NEVER did they ask me about myself or my two daughters who are patients at the practice. They never took the time to get to know me. They never asked any questions about me. I left my first appointment with a referral to an oral surgeon and no treatment plan for what else I needed to have done. I asked at check out what else needed

Tina was so helpful and thorough and made my cleaning experience one of the best I’ve ever had. Dr. Chung is so kind and friendly. In the past I often would get anxious going to the dentist but I feel very comfortable here. The office is very clean and modern. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This is by far the greatest dental experience I've had (although i haven't had too many). They were very professional before my appointment and all the way through it. During my deep cleaning, Tina knew I haven't done a cleaning in a while and she explained the entire process of what she was doing and kept me very informed during the whole process, but was by no means over chatty (asking questions while cleaning). She was amazing. Tae Chung also wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered and was very clear what was needed for future appointments since I haven't had

Dr. Chung and Tina are great. They are very professional and friendly. However, their office's methods of communication are overwhelming and a little suffocating. Originally, I was the first to reach out on their website and submitted an online form to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I specifically chose the option of email as my preferred method of communication because I saw no reason for them to call me to remind me of an appointment since I input everything in my planner. Although they were quick to reply with open appointments, I did not expect the flood of reminder and confirmation

Pros:
-the staff was well prepared, fast & efficient with the work from point A to Z.
-Tina cleaned my teeth & she made the entire process painless.
-Tina gave me wonderful pointers on how to floss properly.
-Dr. Tae Chung examined my teeth & told me honest news about it without me questioning the integrity of the info.
Conclusion: been to too many dentists that try to upsell, and All Dent will be home for my teeth exams for a while!

First off let me tell you I suffer from anxiety and really was nervous, I went in for a crown. The dental assistant Tanya was awesome she was really attentive to all my needs. Dr gave painless shots and we were off to removing the old crown and preparing it for a new one. The temporary crown felt so good, I expected that removing it and replacing it was possibly going to hurt or be sensitive and of which I experienced neither. I highly recommend Dr Chung.

I recently moved and needed to find a new dentist. I found AllDent on yelp with almost perfect reviews. I decided to give it a shot. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist and I was overdue for a cleaning and exam, so I was pretty nervous.
Everyone was friendly and sweet. Joyce at the front desk is a gem. The hygienist that did my cleaning was gentle and made my teeth feel really clean. I had a great first impression after my initial visit.
I came in a few days later to have 2 cavities filled

I have been in San Diego for 3 years now and hadn't found a local dentist as my mom is a dental hygienist and would clean my teeth whenever I was back visiting IL... Well, I came down with a toothache that was getting progressively worse, and couldn't wait for my next trip home :(

Since day one, everyone at this office has shown me a level of care I thought was impossible to come by. I came in after having been to three other dentists who either overcharged, did a horrible job of explaining the procedures, breakdown of the expenses and options for multiple procedures I needed done. Since coming here, I feel confident knowing I will be taken care of in the most trustworthy way.

Dr Chung and and Tina were awesome when I came for my cleaning check up. Tina was extremely gentle and she provided me with steps I needed to implement when I get home. Dr Chung has been my dentist for the past 3 years and my teeth have gotten significantly better every year. Thank you Dr Chung and Tina. Come check them out as I know they will do the same for you.

Dr. Chung is one of the best dentist I've been too. He is really welcoming and helpful. He takes his time to explain if there is any issue and lay out all the possible options.
With other dentists, I would normally see the dentist for 5 min and spend the rest of the time with the dental hygienist. This is not the case here. It's refreshing that he takes his time to really examine my teeth.
Since I started going to him, my whole family have switched to him!! Highly recommend his services!

I've moved out of the San Diego area but while I was living in Poway, Dr. Chung was my dentist and man, how I miss him! He was an incredibly empathetic, caring and meticulous dentist and took amazing care of my teeth. I first saw him after a long hiatus from dentists (don't judge =_=) and I had several cavities. He did a quick, painless job on those guys, and was able to get my mouth back to where it needed to be. All star good review for a reason. Dr. Chung is gentle and never pressure to sell (like Poway dental down the street).
He did a fine job on veneering my teeth and it was totally painless! I am allergic to certain anesthetics and he only gave me what I needed.
He is nice and humble enough to clean my teeth where everywhere else delicate a hygienist.
