I purchased a package of sessions from this business January 14th 2020.
Several weeks ago I called to schedule appointments for my remaining #10 sessions.
Due to Covid-19 and the closing of gyms & Pilates studio appointments were not available.
The owner Nicole Leto said she was too busy to accommodate me and offered to send me a refund. Three weeks later still no check in the mail?
I contacted her again to see when I could expect the check?
She replied " We have a "NO REFUND POLICY AFTER 90 DAYS"
First I would like to say I never wanted a refund, I wanted to use my remaining

Sling Body Fitness is hands down the best pilates studio you will find. Nicole and Karen are amazing instructors and have helped me so much by getting my body strong and pain free. I came to Nicole for help in so much pain from terrible posture (neck/back pain) and she was able to help me correct my muscle imbalances and strengthen my core by using her extensive knowledge of pilates and how the body works. I am now pain free, and my body finally feels like it is in alignment. Wether you are injured or just looking to get in shape and strong, this is the place to go.

My first time here...Wish I could give Sling Body Fitness more stars! Nicole and Karen are fabulous. Nicole is amazing at motivating you to achieve your personal fitness goals. She really focuses on your alignment which is really priority for me. The studio is welcoming. Super clean and friendly...no intimidation factor here.

I had breast cancer 8 years a go. I was a out going sports girl before the cancer. After treatment my body froze up. I thought this is it and I just need to be thankful to be a live. Thin I went to sling boby and I'm back to doing the outside sports I love. I'm 57 and just bought my first paddle board and did 2.8 miles last night. Thanks Nicole you gave me my life back.

I have been with Sling Body Fitness for the past 4 year and find both Nicole and Karen personable and very caring. If it wasn't for SBF I would not be playing golf at the level I am playing today. Not only did they build up my core strength they also have increased my flexibility 100%. I have not had to see a Chiropractor for a previous back ailment since i have been with SBF and that is almost 4 years. I do a combination of Pilates and Slings and found that these methods have improved my bodily strength and flexibility. The atmosphere is very friendly and everyone is treated with respect

Sling Body Fitness is awesome! Nicole is an excellent instructor. She's shown me how to stretch and use proper form when exercising. This is a great workout for someone that wants to strengthen their core and relieve body pain. I've been having issues with my back. Sling Body Fitness has really helped me overcome the pain and frustration. I don't know about you, but I want to be able to get up and down off the ground, and walk upright when I get older. I would give Sling Body Fitness more stars if Yelp would let me!

I have been working out with Nicole at Sling Body Fitness for over 8 years now. Her location has moved twice and I have followed her wherever she goes. I mostly do the sling training and have gotten much stronger and more flexible since taking her classes. The Pilates classes are great too. Besides getting stronger there are other wonderful benefits from the classes, it reduced my aches and pains and my posture has improved! I would highly recommend Sling Body Fitness to everyone.

I discovered Sling Body Fitness 2 months ago and I have to say it has been life changing. I am an injured dancer that has spent thousands of dollars over the last 4 years, trying to get better. My treatment has consisted of Orthopedic Specialists, Physical therapists, yoga, massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncture, stretching and.. well, you get the picture. During my first session with Nicole, I had my first pain-free moment in nearly 4 years! I could've cried I was so grateful. I bought 6 more sessions then and there. 2 months later I walk out of that building stronger, more balanced

I will absolutely say that the women at Sling are incredibly kind and passionate about what they do. However, based on the website and price, I came in with pretty high expectations. Unfortunately, we spent a large portion of the class just on the mat doing incredibly basic moves. We would do a plank and hold it for 10 seconds (tops) and then rest. The slings were mainly just for stretching. The girl we took the class from was very sweet but she seemed a little scattered in what she wanted us to do and kept forgetting to have certain props out. I started working out with Nicole at the end of December 2014. I am 60+, overweight with bad knees. I was waking up every morning with horrid body aches and pains. My ortho told me to 'get used to it, it's age'. I ride horses competitively and was having trouble increasing my fitness level in order to ride my horse.
