Officially moved out of my apartment manged by Mann Companies. Surprise, surprise -- they are withholding the vast majority of the security deposit to fix wear and tear problems with the apartment, and other various things NOT in the lease. Wouldn't be surprised if this is something they do often, banking on residents not trying to challenge them.
Oh, and the door to that building STILL does not lock. Squatting issues got pretty bad by the end. Thank GOD I got out!
