If for any reason, the tenant we place in your property is evicted during the first 12 months, we will waive our fees for finding you a replacement tenant.

Twin Cities Home Rental is credentialed with the City therefore you will receive a $250 discount off that fee if you decide to utilize us as your Property Manager.On a typical month, you will receive your monthly statement via email by the 10th of each month. The rental proceeds will typically by deposited into your bank account electronically by the 15th of each month.

I love good customer service and Sarah Anne was faster than the Road Runner when it came time for rental tax documents. I even needed ones from previous years and she was helpful, accommodating and "Beep Beep!!!" super fast!!!

The last 4 months I’ve communicated consistently with Sarah Anne regarding my elderly family member who is a TCHR renter. I cannot rave about Sarah Anne enough! She was beyond professional, kind, timely, and went beyond to provide insight to assist us with every matter! She often provided weekly updates and that eased my mind knowing I did not have to wonder or chase updates. I highly recommend TCHR specifically Sarah Anne.

Steer away from this “business”, I would give 0 stars if I could. They are a rip off, Sarah Ann charged us 150$ for “admin fee” which was never mentioned to us before we signed the lease and it was not said on the lease and we were charged 189$ for “cleaning fee” when we most definitely cleaned the place before we left. We had a compliment from the manager for taking care and cleaning our place but still got charged?? Sus. They use any excuses to not give you your money back. Take your money and time elsewhere because this place is a no go, just a heads up.

I've rented from several rengal companies and can say that Twin Cities is a fair and reasonable company to deal. You can definitely do a lot worse. The only reason I haven't given them a 5 star is based on responsiveness.
It has taken a few days for them to get back to me on a couple issues throughout my lease. Given the situation with the pandemic they are actually pretty good about it. So it's kinda unfair of me to mark them down for it. However, every issue I've come to them with has been addressed.
The issues I've had with the specific property and local crime are completely out of TCHRs

10 out of 10 would never do business with them again. They move you into an unfinished, damaged gross unit with bugs mold and rodents. Things aren't finished or in working order. Patio doors installed upside down so you can't use it. Showers moldy. Mail keys took 2+ months. They try and put utilities into your names from months before you even move in then try and steal it out of your deposit. Unprofessional. Don't rent from these people. Awful time. Even dealing with them after moving out is a headache.

The Yelp reviews for TCHR are a lot more accurate. I have never rented from a more unprofessional rental agency and I could not recommend this place less. Sarah is so incredibly unprofessional and rude. My rental experience has been horrible with this company. I had to wait nearly a month for my oven to be repaired and holes from previous tenants were never filled in the walls at the start of a new lease. The maintenance man came to repair the broken hand railing on the stairwell 3 days ago and never returned. The company has also tried to illegally deduct "move out fees" from the security deposit

Mark once again did a fantastic job with all of my maintenance requests- he was on-time, communicative, professional, and made sure he explained what he was doing and asked for my feedback to make sure I was pleased with all the work he did. I also want to thank Jessie for always being so communicative, professional, and coordinating all of my maintenance requests and home questions! I feel very well taken care of here and appreciate the staff that work hard to provide residents a great experience by making us feel high on their priority list!
