I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone else that either decides to hire this joke of a company or gets them contracted out through Lowes. Just like Amy W's issue -- we had a cali bamboo floor installed, which actually took these bozos about 3 months to finally come out (after 3-4 times) to get the job done. We were also told it would take 3-4 days and I was shocked to come home and find them done within 1 day. Unfortunately, they half assed the whole installation which you can hopefully see from the pictures.

I had a terrible experience with Pro Carpet/Pro installation through the Gurnee Lowe's. At first, the service seemed good. They came out a total
if three times before installing my Cali Bamboo. The first time they unpacked and stacked my flooring and the other two times they came to check to see if my floors were acclimated. The install was sop posed to take 3-4 days, so I was pleased that it was done in 1 1/2 days. I had to work, so my mother was there during the installation. After a while I noticed a few little things that were not done correctly. Then after 3 weeks away, my floors

Terrible terrible experience with installer Dennis. He came back to our house to 'fix' our faux wood laminate flooring. He came out 3 or 4 more times and the last time he told me he would fix my gaps between boards by putting putty in between them. They finally sent someone else out to tell us all of the problems. My lord. A new installer came out (roughly 2 years later because we were still having problems with transition pieces popping, gapping between boards, uneven pieces) and he sanded the heck out of the floors because original installer never leveled the floors. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS... THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF.. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I BOOKED THE 7 ROOM PET CLEANING PACKAGE AND PAID OVER $200. AFTER CARPETS WERE "CLEANED" THE VERY NEXT DAY, ALL THE STAINS WERE BACK AGAIN. YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL I GOT MY CARPETS CLEANED AT ALL. I CALLED THEM BACK TO LET THEM KNOW AND TO SEE ABOUT SENDING SOMEONE BACK OUT AND ALL I GOT WAS EXCUSES. I TRY TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES, BUT I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. I SUGGEST YOU GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Absolutely horrible! I found them on Groupon and then paid an additional $70 for a "deep clean." I think deep clean to this company means dump a ton of water on your carpets and leave. All the stains reappeared once dry. In addition, they were 2 hours late. Rude, shady, late and just plain no carpet cleaning skills. Honestly, avoid at all costs!

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I bought a voucher for "Carpet Cleaning, Deodorizer, and Scotchguard for Five Rooms and a Hallway" on Living Social.
Said they'd be there at 5p. Then 6:30p. Then 7p. Then 7:20p. Then 7:35p. They show up at 7:52pm. SERIOUSLY?!?
And then they proceed to argue and bargain with me like a used car salesman saying I had to pay an additional $115 for deep clean, pet package, deodorizer, and stain removal or the carpets wouldn't be clean. AND they charge a hidden $4 "fuel charge." I refused to pay the additional and then he refused to do the service saying
