Everyone should get a home inspection for a new house even if you think your builder is the greatest builder ever. I hired Rick Nipper to inspect my new home during the construction phase and it was a smart move for me. Rick discovered several problems that the builder did not think were significant and therefore he did not fix them.

Rick saved me so much time by doing the best inspection ever. The place we were going to buy had so many problems you could not see from the surface but believe me Rick did such a thorough inspection that is greatly appreciated!!! Rick Nipper recently provided home inspection services for my son, Kyle, who's buying a property in Raleigh, NC. I knew of Rick and heard some very positive things about him and his services.
