From a routine exam and cleaning to full-mouth rehabilitation, our practice is equipped to handle all of your dental needs. Your first visit to our office is very important with regard to establishing your oral health baseline. We will begin by carefully reviewing your medical and dental histories and taking special note of all of your dental concerns, as well as any symptoms that you may be experiencing.
Dr. O'Donnell graduated from the University of Alabama in 1974 with an undergraduate degree in psychology. He graduated from UAB Dental School in 1978 and completed a general practice dental residency with Huntsville Hospital in 1979. He has enjoyed over 38 years of treating patients - many have become friends and remained under his care for several generations.

Both natural teeth and teeth with restorations survive best in an oral environment that is clean and where the intake of harmful foods is controlled. Our program is designed to help prevent new cavities, preserve teeth that have been restored and manage periodontal disease. At the initial visit, oral hygiene instructions are reviewed and are reinforced at subsequent recall visits.

I developed a fear of going to the dentist after a traumatic event a few years ago. I was new to the area and someone recommended Dr O"Donnell so I thought i'd give his office a shot. Everyone is so nice and accommodating and most of all Dr. O won't perform things just to get money out of you like most dentists!!
