Want a place that will teach yourself or your child quality martial arts, discipline or respect? Please look elsewhere. However, if you're looking for either a cheap after school childcare or to get a colored belt without much effort, then this may be the place for you.

The roster for adult classes is filled with mostly children, many young enough to be in elementary school, and often paired up with full grown adults. This is unacceptable, and a major liability. A child is not as physically and mentally abled as an adult. It's scary to think what would happen if a child were to get

Attended the demo with a family member and was hooked! Great price and good quality. Master Na is very patient and definitely knows what he's talking about. He explains why and how things work, plus he really does work you out! So, you get a nice workout and also learn useful skills. I highly recommend him.

All my kids are enrolled here. It's amazing how much they've improved, my oldest could not walk a block without getting tired, my middle one had no flexibility and my youngest one just had too much energy. My children now have more stamina, they're agile and have this as an outlet for all their energy. This place is great, I would go nowhere else.

My Grandaughter has been coming here since Oct 2018. Master Na is very very good, he explains to the kids what will happen if they don't do the moves correctly, makes it fun for them to learn with discipline. She loves his class! Lots of kids from her school go there and it's great to know that she will be able to defend herself.
Thank you Master Na!!!

We researched several martial arts schools in the area. This was the right fit for us! Master Na, Brian & David are super helpful with the beginners class. Just the right balance between fun and discipline. My 6 year old son says, "I never ever want to stop going."

The skills I learned here and discipline served me well during my military career. Grandmaster Hi Na is a talented martial arts instructor with decades of experience under his belt. Learn the art of Sip Pal Gi as well as Shaolin from one of the best.

Master Na also emphasizes on the importance of hard work and instills good values aside from the practical application of the combat arts.

So glad this wasn't a mcdojo especially since legit Kung Fu is hard to find nowadays. Really good technique development and the moves are actually very grounded in reality (no fantasy Kung fu magic pushes thank God). If you're an mma enthusiast looking to incorporate some extra striking offense to your arsenal or just looking start with a strong foundation, master Na knows his stuff, a real diamond in the rough.

I have trained with Grandmaster Na since 2004 and I travel all the way from Indiana for the privilege of training with him. Grandmaster Na is one of the most knowledgeable martial arts masters I've ever trained with.

If you're looking for quality martial arts training from a highly-skilled teacher, I couldn't recommend a better teacher!

I started learning 8 weeks ago with my family and what was more surprising about the whole experience was the Tai Chi on Saturdays, it is a whole different ball game this one not only has the slow motion aspects of the practice but also the martial arts applications.
When I got there I just expected to relax and breathe and go home, I not only got that but saw that with the movements I can throw someone down in more than two ways (never thought I could do that with what seems a soft practice.)

Regarding the place the academy is medium size, wooden floors and huge mirrors (I guess what you&apos

Instructor is awesome, really teaches you how to fight. You will learn skills that are practical in the real world on top of traditional forms. You will also get conditioned very well here. Overall, a good experience.
