Medical Center is proud to serve the Winona, MN area for everything pet-related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Deborah Finnegan, who is a licensed, experienced Winona veterinarian. Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.
Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately.
At Pet Medical Center we offer a wide variety of veterinary services using many of the latest technologies available to our field of care. We have donor pets available for blood transfusion. We maintain a list of veterinary staff members who will allow their pets to donate blood for other pets as needs arise.
Whether you are taking a nice weekend getaway or an extended trip away from home, you can rest assured your pet will be well cared for at Pet Medical Center's Boarding facility. Not only is your pet cared for by one of our professional boarding staff, but you can rest peacefully knowing that if your pet becomes ill during their stay a vet will be close at hand to bring them back to health.
When your dog or cat comes to Pet Medical Center for grooming, we will receive you warmly, clarify your styling requests and connect you with your groomer. Plan on leaving your pet for a couple hours of pampering. During the grooming process, we bathe and dry, style the fur, express anal glands and clean ears.

I want it to be known that Pet Medical Center's newer veterinarian addition was on call for all of the Veterinarian Clinics in Winona on Sunday, September 4th, 2016. My daughter called in with an emergency at 3:45am to the on call service because one of our little dogs suddenly started bleeding a lot of bright red blood from his rectum. This veterinarian from Pet Medical Center of Winona called her back and told her that it was not an emergency and that if he had truly lost that much blood, he would be dead already. She told her (without even seeing him) that he had the flu and she should

I went here with my cat when I first moved to the area, because it was the only vet I knew where it was at the time. She had been recently declawed, and had torn her sutures out. When I took her in, I was rudely told that my best option would be to put her under, have them do xrays and take off more of the bone. I asked what the cost of that would be, and was told over $400. I had just moved, and had no money or job, not even a credit card. I asked if there was any other way to fix the issue and was told that they could put her under and clean it up then bandage it, but it was then implied that
