We participate in an affordable housing program which means that in order to qualify; an applicant must meet certain requirements regarding income and student status. We have apartments for households that make 35%, 40%, 50% and 60% of the median income in Orange County. Please contact our office to learn more about how you can qualify.

I have previously resided in Senior Housing 55+ Communities, but have finally found my forever home living here. The management and maintenance are very accommodating, personable and professional. The Clubhouse not only has a calendar with scheduled activities to get acquainted with new & long time residents, but also has a beautiful piano, library, exercise equipment, full kitchen, sitting area, large screen Cable TV, large pool, jacuzzi, barbecues and new seating/tanning areas, and moreā¦.. all

My parents lived here for arnd 10 years. And I was teary eyed giving back the last key. Safe place where the property manager and maintenance genuinely care for the residents and do their best to protect them. Very grateful for that..The homes are also in Irvineās senior zone, close to health care, shops, parks and churches.

Anytime we call for service is always on the same day and it gets taking care of right a way , so grateful for Angeline she is supper nice and helpful
