The apartment has different rules for different people. If you come to live here be prepared to factor in the cost for paying the tow services as they will get your car towed even if you leave it in future resident parking for some time and all spaces are empty. My car was towed twice, once for no violation at all. The fire alarm keeps going every now and then at odd hours. Half of the time the amenities are under repair or not available for use. The experience has gone downhill especially with the rents going up and some of the old residents staying in the old rent. The leasing office has different

This is a great apartment complex. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable in your apartment. If you aren’t, they will help! There is always someone cleaning the common areas. Hallways, elevators, trash room etc. It’s nice and clean always. I love the outdoor areas to hangout in. All of the appliances in my unit are brand new. The bathtub is big and deep, unlike many apartments. I’ve already been here a year and would love to spend a couple more here. Oh! I forgot to mention, my AC stopped blowing cold air the other day. I put a maintenance request in online

It used to be a good apartment complex. After the management team changes, its service becomes really worse.
1) I lived there for several years and recently moved out from it. Since I left in a hurry, I did not moved out all my furniture and told the leasing office. They said they will charge 50-100 USD for that. Then I just received a letter from them telling me that they charge me about $1300 for the trash and cleaning fee, also including $381 full paint fee for 2+2, but I am actually living in a one bedroom apartment. STAY AWAY FROM MAIN STREET VILLAGE!
2) my car was broken into and staff

COVID makes a fair review hard. The community is pretty, my apartment has a nice layout, since moving in (6 months)my bathroom door has fallen off, garbage disposal broke and unfixed water damage stains have resurfaced so not overly impressed with what's below the pretty paint. Can't comment fairly on service since I typically avoid reaching out, when I do the service is either spectacular or horrible.

It's a nice apartment with good amenities, but the price is high as is to be expected. Main issues I have that lower the rating to 3.5 is when my bike wheel was stolen the front office told me they'd look into it but they never did. Also free coffee no longer includes alternative milks which feels discriminatory since I'm lactose intolerant and it isn't by choice I drink non-dairy. The floors in our apartment are stained dirty and they came to clean them when we first moved in but it didn't really do anything.

Maureen in the leasing office gave my husband and I a great tour today. She was so upbeat and enthusiastic through our entire walk around the property. She showed us all of the amenity spaces (even the cool little garden in the back of the property.) We were. Pleasantly surprised with how nice the apartments are for the price we thought that they would be dated, but everything was brand new. Looking forward to calling this place home and getting coffee from the barista every morning when I go out to walk my dog :)

My husband and I have had an awesome experience here so far, we looked at many other places and felt that this place was the best overall! The staff is wonderful, so kind, thoughtful and honest, we loved the ladies that took such good care of us, Maureen and Alexa! This apartment has some really great amenities, really clean, quite and we love that there’s so much natural light every where! Highly recommend this place (:
