Our team markets your home on a number of different platforms. We work quickly to fill your vacancy, responding to inquiries and scheduling visits with interested renters. All applicants for a Great Homes property must meet our strict approval criteria. We carefully screen every application we receive to make sure we only place a highly qualified tenant in your home.

Keep your earnings coming in on time with support from our accounting team. We generate monthly statements, collect incoming funds, and disburse your income directly to your bank account. Drowning in a long list of repairs? Let our maintenance professionals take over for you. We respond to repair requests, coordinate the work with our vendors, and make sure the job is completed quickly.

Our online account system provides direct access to your statements, inspection notes, and more.
After receiving your details, we'll reach out to your customer and walk them through the solutions available for their home. If your client signs a property management contract, we'll pay you 25% of the first month's rent to say thank you. If you'd like a written contract, we're happy to oblige. Our goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with local realtors and we want you to feel comfortable partnering with us.
Important: Read through the repair advice below before making a repair request for our team to review. To use a plunger, push it into place over the drain hole and create a seal. Once the plunger is in place, move it rapidly up and down to pump the clog out of the system. If your sink or shower isn't draining properly, there may be something stuck in your pipe.

Do not rent with them. Business practices were questionable, to say the very least. Their communication was terrible throughout our 18 month lease, and after the lease they ignored our phone calls and emails for WEEKS until we threatened legal action. Didn't notify us when the move out walk through was taking out (per our lease) and then charged ridiculous fees to keep our whole deposit. They have changed their name several times to cover up shady business practices- see: David Zundel and HomeLovers. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

Great homes was my property management for almost 5 years. And it was 5 years of hell! They are unprofessional, dont know what's going on, horrible with communication. One time I needed them to fax something and they told me they did. 2 weeks later, they tell me they dont even have a fax machine!, I moved out almost 2 months ago and they still have given me me down deposit back!!! I have had nothing but good experiences with Great Homes (Kim), I moved to
Arizona from Alabama and was living in a hotel until I came across a home that my family loved. Without having many references or resources here in Arizona, Kim took a chance on us. We were able to sign a one year contract by paying deposits and pet fees as anticipated, it is a rental home. I completed a very thorough inspection within the 2 days and submitted noted issues. During my stay in the home, we did have small issues but they were entered into the portal, and follow up from either Great Homes or the technicians

This company is a bunch of time wasting discriminating POS. Money stealing, no customer service, can't get a hold of anyone. Absolute terrible company do yourself a favor save your time money and sanity and go somewhere else! Disgraceful how you treat people.

I would rate 0 stars if i could. they are a bunch of thieves. the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. please DO NOT rent from here. i moved out over two months ago and i have yet to receive my security deposit back. i have called and emailed a countless number of times and each time Kim Marble gives me another BS excuse saying my check was sent out and i never receive it. this has been going on since March. i haven't even received an itemized statement either. they break so many laws. i'm not even sure how they are still open and running. Please do yourself a favor and avoid getting involved with this mess of a company. They are by far the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. We should have know from day 1 when we tried to move in and found they had LIED about the condition the property would be in. I still have an email from Kim stating the carpets would be professionally cleaned. Not only were they filthy with dirt, they smelled horribly. Their response was we could have them cleaned and we they would credit it to our account. Now I had spent my own money and time cleaning carpets, not to mention the money

What an exhausting process. We moved out of the home on 9/30, we still haven’t received a refund check. But we have received more charges to our portal, which we are locked out of. I have emailed Kim 7 times since 10/24 to figure out where our refund check is, no answer. I was told on 11/6 that someone from the office would be calling me back that day, nope. Was told on 10/24 that someone would be calling me back that day, nope. Was asked to confirm my mailing address for the check, when I did I never received another email back, and I never received a check.

When I sold my house I needed a place in a hurry. Our closing was the end of Aug. and we were going to have a hard time moving and closing on the same day. I found Great Homes and the agent was Kristi. She arranged for a free week before my deadline at the end of August so we could start moving in so we would be ready for our closing. Great at answering phone calls and always willing to listen.
We've worked along side great home for years now and appreciate their quality of service. Someone is always their to help us. We've had experiances with other not so friendly property managers who don't want to take the time to listen to the problem. Which in turn causes more problems. GREAT Homes has an experienced and professional team that is great to work with.

Never have I experienced such heavy phone call screening as we did with this company. We applied for a rental home, tried following up on our application and all our personal and confidential financial data only to find that one agent to the next didn't have access and were asked to resend delaying our application process. Agent presenting our application NEVER spoke with us or the first agent we worked with to best understand and present our info to the owner! Different stories when we FINALLY did get through on the phone. Agents were never abailable but yet they gladly took our application fee

After months of searching for a great property management company, I've finally found one. Kristina, Kimberly, Kyle, and Sierra all helped me. I had horrible experience's with Property management companies in the past with lousy customer experiences. Absolute joke of a company, good luck in using their portal for services or any other issue, other than making payments, requests go ignored, we lived in a property managed by them for 3 years, always took forever for maintenance requests to be processed and even longer to actually get fixed. Always one excuse after another. After moving out, still waiting on refund of deposit, they have clearly violated 33-1321 of Arizona Landlord-Tenant Act, are being non responsive, yet send notice that monthly rent is due, so now it would appear further action will need to be taken against them. DO NOT rent a property from Great homes. They are inconsiderate and take an extremely long time to even respond to any issues you're facing. We moved in 2 weeks ago. The pool was swampy and green and absolutely disgusting. The bushes were half dead and blocking the back door. We were promised it would be done BEFORE we moved in so we signed our lease. I have been working with the Great Homes team for over a year now and they have been more than accommodating to me. The owner of my previous home decided to sell and Great Homes helped me transfer to another home available close by. If I could give these people a negative star rating I would! First of all absolutely no customer service when things need to get done they put them off to even after the last possible moment. They have people that work there there are supposed to be realtors when in actuality they need help to spell their name and shouldn't be allowed near sharp objects.
