I really wanted to like them because they were close to home. But unfortunately I'm giving them two thumbs down. My first experience is a simple oil change...they didn't attach the oil cap correctly and oil is now all over my driveway and the engine stinks. But they did attempt to fix the problem with no problem.
Then my daughter was involved in a hit and run & went to their collision portion for a quote and the guy said they were too busy to put the car on the rack for an estimate.
I cannot give this company my business. I truly wanted to.

Dropped my car off for bumper replacement. They kept it an extra day, which would have been fine. But when I got it back it had a huge crack on the driver's side of the windshield. First they said they didn't notice it, then they said it must have already been there, then it changed to it must have started from a rock chip, then to it must have happened sitting in the hot sun today, (61 degrees). Whatever his reason, it ended with they are not responsible for damages done while in their possession. Will never go there again!!

I was having problems with my car while in Spokane visiting my granddaughter. We called to see if they had any room for me, however they were booked, when I explained that I had to get home for prior commitments he squeezed me in right away and got me on my way.
I had a wonderful experience here and great customer service. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Ran outta fuel outside of Cheney..
My insurance company called a tow company to deliver fuel.
Daves Auto / Towing gallivanted in to save the day w enough fuel to get me to the next exit.
Prompt & Courteous Service w/ a reasonable rate gets 5 STARS from me!
Keep up the good work nice to know there are good guys still out there :D
