We were very impressed with the exceptional quality inspection Mr. Torres provided. He thoroughly explained his findings with captioned pictures and a detailed report. Joe also addressed our concerns during a follow up call the next day. He was recommended by our Realtor because his inspections are three times as meticulous as the average "Joe". He provided an attention to detail as if he was inspecting his own home. Needless to say, we were highly impressed and will be utilizing his services for our two year inspection!

If you are looking for a Home Inspector, I HIGHLY recommend Joe Torres with Inspect First. We used him for the pre-drywall and final inspection. Joe is very thorough, even the construction manager said he had never seen an inspector as thorough as Joe. Being new to the home owning process, this gave me peace of mind. I'll definitely bring him back for the 1-year inspection. Oh and Joe is a retired service member and gives

So I found someone else through a professional recommendation website. Joe found things completely ignored, and I don't mean a few. As for how it went in a timeline; the first two houses he checked out and gave me a report - his inspection gave me the
