How quickly will you be able to get my property rented? A. We spend some time ensuring your property is ready for the rental market and attractive to potential tenants. The amount of time it's on the market depends on competition, time of year, and the condition and price of your home. We will ensure it rents as quickly as possible to protect your rental income.
When is my rent due? A. Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 3rd. A. You can submit rent payments using a personal check, money order, cashier's check, or through our easy and fast online e-pay service using your portal.

I have been working with Violeta for the past 3 years. I'm a owner of 4 properties in Florida. So far I haven't seen, met and worked with such a loyal person. I love VS Realty. Since my tenants are in another state, I was told I would need a management company to manage my property. I looked up Management companies in Jax and found this one with great reviews and the price was unbitable. The owner - Violeta - is very nice and helpful; no matter what day or time i call with questions, etc. she ready to help me. I am also thrilled with the knowledge and experience - everything is taking care of for me. I highly recommend VS Realty and looking to also make a one more home purchase to rent out as well with them.

They bill you for random things they claim their "vendors" provided services for when no services were provided or even requested for that matter. It's just a scheme to take from the rent money YOU should be receiving as the property owner. They charge you for managing the property and always find a way to collect more than the management fee for fake services. And what makes it worse is that they're the ones who collect the rent; so they deduct whatever they want from the owner's portion of the rent, and you can't do a thing about it. Terrible. Do not trust them.

Violeta has made having a rental property out of state a dream. She always answers call/texts/or emails back right away and does what she says she is going to do. Also she always goes above and beyond what you ask of her without any complaint or questioning. I am so glad I have my property managed by her!

We have worked with many property managers in Jacksonville through the last 16 years, and Violeta is, by far, the best. We have worked with her managing our properties in Orange Park for the last four years. Let me tell you, you want Violeta on your side! She professionally managed our rentals getting good quality tenants, getting a solid, lawyer reviewed lease in place, and managing our tenants through all the ups and downs of maintenance issues and late rent. We are out of town owners, and she reduced our stress level several fold. She uses great software and we get detailed monthly statements
