I had mark Talley and Jared as my attorney's for a little while. I had ask them to look into when It was that I had injured myself as I wasn't for sure the date but the specifics would be on my employers transcript. He told me that it didn't matter when, just that it happened on the job was enough. Mark never told the opposing counsel that I had more then one disc that was injured. I told him several times to let them know and nothing was done. So when I told him I didn't feel like he was doing his job he started arguing with me like a 12 year old.
