Cayden started boxing as a way to get in shape but quickly fell in love with the sport. He's been boxing for a little over 3 years. He competes at an amateur level with zero losses all resulting in wins by way of knockout. When he's not in the gym he likes to spend time. Tommy began fighting at the University of Kentucky as a member of the Kentucky Shaolin team.

Love the atmosphere of this place. the staff is extremely helpful huge shout out to Samantha Elliot for being there for me. great pricing especially with such nice equipment and love the fast pace boxing. wasn't much of a gym person before but I really love how my body is transforming. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.

I just joined Hits and had a first class 45 minutes boxing and have never felt more welcomed. I enjoyed the workout greatly even though I'm out of shape. The girl that introduced me to the gym and did my contract did a great job. Sorry I don't remember her name but she should be recognized. The other members, trainer, and staff made me feel comfortable. I'm excited to get more fit, try different classes, and meet new people as I participate further.

Absolutely one of the best things I have done was join Hits Fitness. All the staff is friendly and helpful. My level of fitness has improved 100% in the year I have been attending classes. If you are looking to improve your physical and mental wellness (punching a bag is great stress relief) I highly recommend Hits!!!!!

I couldn't say enough good things about this gym as a whole! All the staff and trainers have been incredibly kind and helpful. I took advantage of the free class so I could check out the facility. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt very welcomed. The class itself is such a workout! It's been a few days and I'm still so sore (in a good way)! The trainer was very informative and I felt she really cared about my overall experience. I love boxing! It's a great workout and it makes me feel so alive! I haven't gotten the chance to try any of the other classes, but I if they're as great as the

I have been gym to gym in the past. Hitsfitness has become an addiction. Plenty of classes to choose from. Hits Lift, Circuits,Boxing, MMA. The trainers are amazing and motivating. This is not your ordinary gym. Absolutely the best place to relieve stress and become a stronger and healthier person. There’s no need to be embarrassed or shy. The trainers will motivate you and help you along the way to make sure you have correct movements down. It’s a must try. Let’s be honest who doesn’t like hitting a bag! 🥊 Everyone there is just amazing.

1 and a zillion kind of place. If you are looking for a gym that will welcome you with open arms and treat you like family, this is the place. Each and every trainer has their own unique style and I love every single one of them. Classes are fun, exciting and rewarding. HITS is home away from home. 💙

Tried out this studio with my class pass. I don't think I would recommend this studio for beginners. I did enjoy the class but it was a little advanced, the combination of moves we had to do was too fast paced. Overall I thought it was a great full body workout. Their locker rooms and shower areas were very clean.

I used class pass to take a HITS Boxing 45 class here with a couple of friends. Upon arriving we were greeted by a trainer who gave us a small explanation about the gym and helped us put on our wraps and gloves. A different trainer then walked us through a couple combinations and then the class started.
Even though the trainer was wearing a microphone, it was very difficult to hear him over the music and the noise of the punching bags. The class was a GREAT workout, but difficult to follow bc it was my first boxing class.

A few years ago, I had a coworker that I would regularly chide for taking long lunches. One day he told me that he was going boxing on his lunch break and he invited me to join him some time. I should mention that I am NOT a “gym guy”… never have been, never will be. I had never considered boxing, but I was intrigued by the idea. How hard could it be to punch things? Might even be a good stress reliever. I decided to give it a go. After driving past HITS Fitness a few times and never having the courage to go in, I finally did. The cardio was tough, the rounds seemed to never end, my arms
