Resilient Journey Counseling helps those who struggle with loving themselves and others in a healthy way go from feeling uncertain to finding clarity. As an LCSW, I help you find peace by diving into your deep rooted ideas about what life is supposed to look like. Together, we build the skills to help you feel empowered in your life and relationships with others.

Services
You will release the pain associated with trauma so that you can resume your life before the trauma. You will be provided with education related to your specific trauma because every trauma is different and knowing about your specific one will provide you with effective tools. You will feel validated and understood because as a survivor of trauma, I have an idea of what you're going through.
Online Therapy, also known as Telehealth or online video sessions provide a convenient way for you to meet for therapy. I utilize a secure platform that makes sure our meetings are confidential and secure. We can meet in the convenience of your home, or any other secure location. Imagine not having to have to worry about the stress of traveling or the stress and anxiety about going out in public or meeting in person.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is best for those who are struggling with recurring memories from past negative experiences. EMDR Therapy helps you talk to someone about your experiences without judgment and achieve a reduction in some of the feelings that are bothering you.
Therapy for moms is best for those who feel like they can't measure up to what their friends and family expect of them. You want to learn skills to take care of yourself in order to have the energy to take care of others. You are struggling with Postpartum Depression, Postpartum Anxiety, or Postpartum Psychosis.
