POSTPARTUM GROUP:Being a new mom is hard! There is SO much to adjust to.new baby, changes in your body and mood, changes in your relationship and life. You are not alone! Maybe you had a great pregnancy and delivery, or maybe you had many challenges along the way. This is a support group for new moms that addresses postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma, relationship issues, and adjusting to be a new mother.
Please note that many GPS systems show that our address is on the opposite side of Douglas Boulevard from where we are located. We are located on the stretch of Professional Drive that spans between Douglas and Eureka. We are in Roseville and serve the communites of of Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado Counties.
