I grew up in northern New Jersey and attended and received my Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany. I then attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, where I earned my J.D. degree, and became a member of the State Bar of California in 1993.
While in law school, I clerked for the law firm of Sankel & Skurman in New York City whose practice areas included estate planning, family law, probate and litigation.I also served as the Research Editor for the International Law Journal. After law school my wife and I relocated to California.

Bruce Gleit modified Mt Dad's trust a d I thought he did a quick and efficient job of that.
After my Dad passed away, I retained Bruce to assist me in administering the trust. It wasn't a big estate with only my brothers and children as beneficiaries. So my goal and direction to Bruce was to expedite the process and make sure that I had the i's dotted and t's crossed.
Instead, Bruce seemed to delay and expand the work for the sole purpose, in my mind, of increasing his billable hours. I had one email back and forth with him where he's asked three times was I sure in my
