Talks a great game but when game time comes, boy does he fumble. It all sounds good until he can’t even do the basics like show up to court on time! He showed up late so many times the judge assigned to my case removed himself. I had yet another continuance with an entirely new judge. On top of that, he couldn’t even remember the details of my case! He rushes you off the phone, constantly cuts you off and thinks he knows so much just to get into the court room and tank it. He was even rude to my family on several different occasions. I should’ve listened when they told me to hire someone

I had a tremendous experience with Mr. Yates. Without going too much into detail, I had 2 charges and dismissed later after being on good behavior for a year. Prices were reasonable. Not to mention, I live in California. I only had to come to court twice, for a short amount of time each time. He genuinely tries to get the best possible outcome for you .
