Daniel miller takes your money and doesn’t do nothing for you. Be aware of this attorney he doesn’t follow up with you or the courts. You have to continuously contact him for updates as he doesn’t update you on his own. & also don’t get me started in Michelle lambert his paralegal RUDE &UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Just by Asking her a simple question she made me feel stupid all the time. If I hadn’t switched attorneys I would ended up in jail. He is the worst attorney I’ve ever dealt with. Atty Daniel Miller was fabulous in the courtroom. Knew exactly how to handle testimony of trooper in defending me for a baseless citation. Dan did an excellent job for me. You will notice immediately he is smart, decisive, no nonsense and many more great qualities you want in a lawyer. It took very little time to see I just hired one of the best lawyers I've ever met.
