Irish Spring Apartments

I've lived her for 7 years, it's a good place to live even if it's right next to a train. I'd give it 5 stars if our door lock had to get changed because it got frozen shut, and the cover of the patio door lock completely broke off a few days ago.

I am not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, but I have lived in this complex for three years. I resently bought my first home, and that is the only reason that I am leaving.
The apartments are great, especially at this price point. It has its own small community feel, and it is a save envorment. I order online a lot and never once had the worry of a package being stolen while I was at work.
Pet friendly, people friendly, and just a great home. Management is awesome and I just have nothing but nice things to say about this place.

Lived in these apt's for a year. It started out well. About 4 months in we had a bad mold problem. Mold grew all over the back of the couch, bed frame and my childs crib. After discussing with the proporty manager, they did nothing to fix it and said that is what happens with the north facing apt and i should open my windows. Mind you this is in middle of winter and they expect me to keep windows open when i have a 2 year old and newborn. I am so happy to be out if this disgusting apt. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Weird black stuff near sliding door. Ice forms around the windows on the inside, then melts on the wood during winter. Screen doesn't fit well so bugs get in. Has some type of ac thats like central air, yet only goes into the frontroom?? Cant get dish since youre not allowed to put a pole into the ground or on the deck. Kids screaming across the fence late at night. Wild cats everywhere
