Prairie Lake Estates

I recently moved back to Neenah , my hometown. Being accepted at Prairie Lake Estates has been wonderful for me. My manager, Tonya made my move smooth and easy. She was so helpful every step of the way. Also Ed the maintenance man has been extremely kind and helpful as well. I love my new home and hope to live here a long time. I love the enthusiasm Tonya brings to her job. She certainly is an assert here at Prairie Lake Estates!!!

I have been living in these apartments for a little over a year now and so far, it has been a great experience living in these apartments. The landlord, Tonya, is incredibly helpful when it comes to helping with the application process and getting you settled in when you first move. She has also been quick to answer a phone call/message when you have questions or need something fixed in the apartment. She truly cares that her tenants are doing well.
The property is in a nice and quiet area out in the country, but is close enough to any place that you may need to go for groceries or other shopping

I lived there for a year, and it was great. Had the upper and is spacious, and right by the trail which is convenient for walking your dog. I moved out so my son could be a bit closer to town until he got his license (was sick of playing taxi all the time). But I'm looking to come back next year. You can't beat the price, and like others said, it's like you live in the country but yet you are really close to town. Good spot, and Tonya was great, super helpful! I miss it.

I've had a very good experience at Prairie Lake Estates. The manager Tonya was very helpful in finding opportunities to advance my move-in date. The apartment was clean, and the few follow up items were taken care of quickly. One thing to note that is not well advertised is that the rent includes heat! Very satisfied with my experience thus far.

I moved in to Prairie Lake Estates just a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. Tonya, the Property Manager, was so easygoing, responsive and enjoyable to work with... honestly unlike any apartment manager i've had in the past.
The complex is super friendly to pets and everyone i've met in the community is super friendly. The apartments themselves are super spacious and well kept as well!

I am a new resident at Prairie Lake Estates, and was a bit apprehensive to transition to apartment living after having been a home owner for over 30 years. However, the process of applying and the no-contact (due to Covid risks) transition to renting the apartment was seamless and truthfully somewhat fun due to the awesome property manager, Tonya. She made sure that the apartment we got was well suited to our needs, and was enjoyable to work with right from the start.

I recently moved back home from Dallas and all I can say is I have never had a better experience with getting an apt. Tonya was beyond amazing at guiding me and taken the time out to answer any questions I had without even being in the state. Everything from the lease to the move in was smooth. All I had to do was pull up and walk into my place. The only issue I had was that no beer was left in the fridge as part of the care package, but we all can't get everything we want. I will highly recommend Tonya and Prairie Lakes Apts to anyone looking for a place.

I've been living here for just over a year and have really enjoyed my apartment. I've never had any issues in my time here. The apartments themselves are very new (I think only a couple years old) so everything is very clean and well-kept. Before move-in, they do a thorough clean of the apartment, patch holes in the walls, and even steam clean the carpets which I appreciated.
