Breezewood Park

One positive of renting through Breezewood Park is the maintenance crew. When a request is entered, the problem is fixed the next day or two, if it is not an emergency.
However, do not expect to get all of your security deposit back. No matter how clean the apartment is left in, from my experience, you will be charged cleaning fees. I clean weekly, deep clean biweekly, and shampoo carpets every three months. With that in mind, prior to moving out, myself, grandma, and mother assisted in cleaning. I lived here from 2009 to 2012. Management was very professional and friendly. Location is beautiful to raise a family. I'm thinking about moving back out these ways.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. The apartments were not that clean and I had constant issues with mold and ants. Walls are thin too so noisy neighbors are heard very clearly. Also don't expect to get any of your security deposit back as they will charge you for cleaning even if you clean everything on move out. Place is a joke. Avoid it if you can!

Breezewood was my first apartment, I lived there Sept 2019- August 2020, and I don't think I could've asked for a better one. Mary, the property manager, was always patient with us and answered every question we had. The apartments themselves are quite nice and clean (the carpets are shampooed every year), and all the interactions I had with other tenants were pleasant. I have rented out at 4 other places before this. This is the least enjoyable place I have lived at. Maintenance crew is okay.

Great Experience. I moved here from another state and had to do everything remotely. Adele was extremely helpful during the qualifying process. Once I arrived, it went very smooth. The apartments are very nice. The appliances are a little out dated but work fine. It's a very quiet neighborhood which is a plus for me. Overall, I do not have one negative thing to say about Breezewood Park.

I have read some of the negative reviews that some are leaving for Breezewood Park. I am not saying that these reviews aren't founded, I'm only updating to say that I have not had one issue

This is my first review and I'll say I'm sad for it be negative one.
I moved to Wisconsin last year from MI with my best friend. We found this apartment through her boyfriend. At first it was great, great city, great apartment. Then we got a new apartment manager and it just went downhill from there. Never was in the office, never answered the phone. When someone did answer the phone in the office, they would say she’s “at lunch.” I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place. On another note, the box elder beetles are horrible. So many got into our house and we couldn’t even enjoy our patio

We recently had a family with two small children move in above us and it has been nothing but a living nightmare since. These children jump off the furniture, run up and down the halls, and wrestle constantly. You can’t nap, read a book, watch tv, or do anything remotely relaxing. It’s like this from 4-8pm when they come home after school and all day throughout the weekend. We have made multiple complaints to the front office and I have even knocked on my neighbors door and in the most polite way just said something about how every sound is amplified 10x to the downstairs. Keep a copy of all your paper work! After renting for a few years and always getting the run around when something would stop working (washer & dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, AC, and more) They would always want to send out the cheapest guy to look and wait on a replacement. When the refrigerator went out on Friday, i was told to hold off until Monday and they will send someone out. dishwasher was the same thing. The person looking at it left it all apart and leaking water until 3 days later. When i called, i was told to just wipe the water up ... no one would come out to hook the drain line
