I made an appointment with this company and waited on a Friday in my 2hr time slot for them to arrive. At the end of the two hour time window I called because they hadn’t shown up. I was told they were having equipment issues and couldn’t make it out. They were nice enough to say they could schedule me the following Monday though. I guess they don’t realize that people do work Monday-Friday, and cannot afford to take days off to wait for a company to show up or not show up for an appointment. My time is too valuable for that. Another company I will never use or recommend to anyone again.

Cancelled our appointment day of due to "technical issues" after having moved all our furniture out of the room. They then offered an appointment the next day .....only to text back a short while later and say that appointment time was gone. I felt they should have let me have time to get back them after offering me a different time. I find it all very suspicious since the day before the appt they said they had cancellations and wanted to squeeze us in earlier on our scheduled appt day.
Fortunately I was able to find another ....more reliable company to see us last minute for our carpet cleaning

First of all they did a lousy job on my house and I complain then Bryan Bartholomew calls me on the phone and just if I will please take down my complaints he will reimburse my money so I do but no money comes then he tells me his bag says I have to go to city bank and Withdraw my dispute then his bank can pay me well that was a lie as I called Citibank and then for me once I withdrew my complaint there’s nothing they can do about it. Bryan Bartholomew what a fake all that for $238
