Had high hopes due to all the reviews. Cleaner came and did the job. Looking at a spot on the couch that didn't get clean as well as one on the rug that's fairly large. They made a mistake on the quote and charged me for a room rather than an ottoman. The technician said that the room and the ottoman are the same price. Really? Nice enough guy, but fairly expensive and now I'm going to pay to have much of it done again by someone else.

What a great company! Their communication was amazing and very accommodating. The carpets look amazing! Their prices was very reasonable. Our technicians Taylor was amazing. and we were on a tight timeline. We called and they were able to accommodate us. We had two different appointments and two technicians came to our home. They were punctual, professional and wore face masks. We were pleased with the
final results and the carpets were dry within an hour. I would recommend them, especially if you prefer quick dry carpets and no residue after cleaning.

I had an appointment this past Saturday, and just to find out that the cleaning person couldn't get it done. The reason of that is because my carpet is old. Well I would of much rather, this company should be more specific, when screening their appointments, and inquire whether they can do the work, or not. Instead I wasted my time prepping the house, waited until the service person showed up. If you out there has a 30 yrs old carpet, don't consider this company to clean your carpet, to avoid an unnecessary disappointment.

We just had Fresh Sweeps out at our house. We moved in over three years ago and have never had our chimney inspected or swept. We have no idea if the previous owners did either. Anthony, the certified tech, arrived a few minutes early (which is always appreciated).
