I dropped off my Crate and Barrel carpet to be cleaned - with two kids under 2 and a dog it was absolutely filthy! Lots of stains, including red stains from berries and food crusted in. Carpet came back looking BRAND NEW. I am amazed at the difference. Worth every penny. I'm glad I decided against replacing it and just opted to spend the money to clean it.

WOW! I decided to invest a substantial amount of $$ with Ace Rug Cleaners to repair, clean and replace the fringe on an oriental rug. I also paid for pick-up and delivery and replacement of the old pad. To my delight, the rug was delivered back to me in tip top condition. I was so pleased with the finished product. Additionally, the 2 gentlemen who picked up and delivered the rug were very careful, very considerate and bent over backwards to make certain the new pad and rug were placed just how I wanted them to be. I was delighted when my 100-year old heirloom oriental carpets were returned by the Ace crew, and rolled out on my living room floor. The colors were brilliant and vivid again. I show them off at every opportunity and tell everyone that Ace far exceeded even my most optimistic expectations. Awesome service, great people, and a family business. I can't say enough good things about how well they know their job and how to help me out. I just love dealing with Ace! It's in a strip mall next to Signs Now on Atlantic and Hodges, so go see them and get the same great service I do! Drop your rugs off in front, or talk to them about pick ups! We had a sisal rug that had a water stain. We wanted to know if it could be cleaned and removed or what the options were to have it cut down to remove the spot. The woman who worked there was of little help in navigating our options and seemed uninterested in having us as customers. She was incredibly rude. We decided to have the rug fixed elsewhere. I would not recommend going here.

I have been a loyal customer of Ace Rug Cleaning for three years. I have found their customer service to be exceptional. We have three dogs and therefore have our wool rugs and sofa cleaned annually by Ace. I appreciate the pick up and delivery service and the meticulous and thorough cleaning and care. The rugs and furnishings always look refreshed after their work. I give Ace my highest recommendation.

Cleaning seems ok, but they have the worst customer service in town. I got 3 different stories about the turnaround time, another customer and I were pretty much accused of lying about having not received any call about pickup (weird-- it was as if the Ace woman thought the other customer and I came in and cooked up a story together). Communication and processes are very confused, and the blame-the-customer mentality is really inexcusable. They wouldn't even help me carry the big rug to the car. I am sure someone else can do this work so will go and find them.
