French Garden Estates

I have lived at French Garden Estates for a little over a year and I have loved it! The units have everything you need, and the dishwasher and in-unit laundry is a huge bonus. Dawn the property manager is great and very helpful. The very few times I needed something fixed in my unit it was completed within a day or two by maintenance. The location is convenient with great walking trails nearby. I have had a very positive experience and I couldn’t recommend these apartments enough!

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it. The manager Dawn is amazing. She is so easy to approach with any concern. She makes you feel like you are important and responds quickly. Terry is a master fix it guy who does great work. This is a great community and a wonderful place to live!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet community, this is for you. Surrounded by countryside, but still close to all the conveniences. High school, and daycare within walking distance. Gas, Kwik Trip within walking distance. Sports park down the road.
Friendly, clean, well maintained community.
Dawn is an Amazing property manager. Responds immediately, friendly and helpful. I’ve seen her help many people. She goes over and beyond to make sure tenants are happy. And, Great maintenance crew!

Great place to live, love the location! But the only 2 cons I'd say is that there is a bee problem and I haven't been able to go out on my porch in a year. They spray for them but they still stick around. I wish there was something else they could do for them to go away and I just wish I could enjoy sitting outside on my porch. Also we've had the bees come inside our house and we contacted our manager but she takes weeks to respond. There has been a point when my boyfriend texted the manager about the bees inside our house and she never contacted him back I had to go to her directly and say something

I have been residing here for over two years. I am beyond satisfied of the attention that my family and I receive from our landlord, Dawn. Everytime, we need something she is there for us or she'll send Terry the maintenance gentleman for assistance. Thank you for all of your wonderful help. We feel appreciated here.

Great North Appleton location. Apartments are well laid out and although not overtly plush, solid overall value that are well taken care of. Had to find a place for work from out of state and found Dawn to be extremely helpful and supportive, long after I selected this as my away from home home! Terry and his maintenance team are quick to respond and do not let repair issues go unresolved; with my limited issues addressed often in under 24 hours. Great people and overall great value for the cost.

Do not move here!!! The apartments are cheaply made and the property manager Dawn Ulivan is horrible. She is a drunk 24/7 and if you have a maintenance request it takes weeks for them to respond to it whether it’s an emergency and you have to contact the manager, she will be drunk. I broke up with a ex-gf, who agreed to move out and did. Ever since that Dawn has been trying to intimidate me to move out, she has even went as far as to say I abuse my ESA and file a police report. This is a horrible place to live because of her and the management. I even contacted upper management and they have
