All animals shall be maintained and properly licensed and inoculated as required by local, county or state statute, ordinance or health code. Apartments are 2 bed 2 bath for reasonable price but all the appliances in my unit are 20 years old and it takes weeks to get anything fixed or replaced. The landlord even scolded us about the tidyness of our living room.
Edit to update: problems with dishwasher, maintenance looked at it 2 months ago and still hasn't been fixed.

I've had very few problems living here for a year and a half. The problems I've had were taken care of immediately by the property manager and maintenence - I couldn't be happier! They go as far as giving me a call when they leave to let me know my cat is still inside. The rent is also very reasonable for a 1 bed 1 bath and the size of the apartment.

Premier Real Estate Mgmt. is a good company to rent from. This location is also pretty good. Usually quiet, reasonably equipped with private entries, detached garages, W/D in unit, there are shortcomings. First off, they charge too much for the age and condition. More precisely the appliances in my unit are dated but work fine. Can't really complain.
